The customer was a painter. He chose sea freight specially for his precious easel brought back from Japan. The artist's home was classic, it's a kind of beautiful retro style, very artistic. He reiterated that the easel was the most important thing, and the others were just small-beer. So we were very careful, took it up and down lightly and packed it with carefulness of full heart.
