FOR IMPORTSAll following documents must be provided. If one of more documents are incorrect, or missing, Dutch Customs authorities will not accept your application. The application form for exemption, must be filled out completely and correctly.
1.Copy proof of registration at the town hall, stating that shipper has come from abroad (also known as Art. 65 GBA)
2.Clear, signed and legible inventory list in duplicate
3.Original completed and signed application form for exemption
4.Copy rental/purchase contract of old residence and/or statement from country of dispatch
5.Copy rental/purchase contract of new residence in the NL and/or statement from employer that you are living in a company residence or
at a temporarily address
6.Clear copy of your passport (photo page) / if applicable copy of visa
7. Statement of employer or copy of work agreement (leaving out confidential information)

If the shipment contains any liquor or other alcoholic drinks, please add a list with a detailed description of the goods, (total quantity of bottles and litre (cc) per bottle, percentage of alcohol, origin and the value per bottle in euro) for wines, please also mention white wine or red wine, champagne or sparkling wine. Taxes and import duties for these goods will be applicable.
